Menheniot is a lively and thriving village with a close-knit community. Residents have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and join the many organizations available.

The village hall is located in a central location and is well-equipped with modern facilities that were updated in 1990. It is used almost everyday and is run as a charity by a committee of dedicated volunteers who are accountable to the Trustees. The committee oversees the hall’s day-to-day operations and maintenance and must ensure that the hall’s income is sufficient to cover its costs.

To improve the hall’s offerings, plans are in place to make several enhancements, subject to obtaining the necessary funding. An extension has been granted planning consent to accommodate equipment storage for organizations that use the hall, and other upgrades are planned to modernize the facilities.
